Complaining is healthy!

People complain that i complain a lot. I myself admit that because when i do not like something, i complain. I think it's much better than putting a fake smile on and pretending it's ok because,

1. Faking a smile is totally not sincere.
Not mentioning that you're not being honest with yourself. How can someone actually smile when deep inside all the murderous thoughts are flying around? Seriously, i can't do that. I can't just go in front of something that i hate, smile and pretend that everything is ok when it's not. Showing your true face when dealing with people is so much better. No need for second guesses and wrong assumptions. What you see is what you get. And in the case of me complaining, what you hear is what you get.

2. Keeping all your discomfort inside is not healthy.
It's not wrong to to let loose all your dissatisfaction once in a while. Bottling it all up however, is wrong. Resentments are not meant to be kept inside and not solved. It will not go away and will gradually build up until who knows? One day you're walking down a street and you go BOOM.

So yeah, rather than sucking all inside and putting up a fake smile, i rather go and complain all the way. At least i'm being sincere and i don't have the risk of exploding when walking down the street.

  1. I completely agree.

I used to get told to 'stop moaning' a lot - of course, the tw*ts were just being passive aggressive while ::I:: was actually trying to resolve a bad situation.

Mind you, complaining for the sake of complaining is self-pitying and pointless
